It's been a while since I've done a makeup review, so let's kick this year off right with a product from E.L.F.
E.L.F. stands for Eyes, Lips, Face (clever!) and while they're still considered to be a small brand, they have exponentially grown in size and popularity! I decided to test drive their brown sugar lip exfoliator:
Now, it's supposed to help exfoliate and soften your lips prior to applying your

I have big lips. If you followed this blog for a while, you know this. I can't hide them nor would I want to. Women pay for a pout like mine.

So, when it comes to moisturizing them, I wouldn't say I spend a lot of money (really, I don't), but I'm very picky about what I put on them.
So a while back...a long while back (and I so apologize for the delay, Minamul!), the good people over at Minamul sent me dry brushes to do a review.
Yes, dry brushing. Honestly, I didn't know that was a thing. But it's a thing you might want to try.
Dry brushing helps slough away dead skin and revitalize your body. If you've been to a spa, you might have seen it
It's one of those purchases where I look at, think how cute it is, and then wonder, 'Okay, do I really need any more shit in the backseat of my car?'
Turns out, yes.
Bear has his own setup in the backseat. He has a container for snacks. He has a blanket. He brings his iPad with him sometimes. He has toy cars and what have you. I mean this kid's
I recently tried the DevaCurl No-Poo cleansing conditioner on Bear. I tried it on my hair before (for a refresher, click here), so it was time to do it on Bear's hair.
Pros:
It cleans very well.
DevaCurl is a strong brand.
It has a lot of slip.
It is heaven for those with Type 3 hair.
Cons:
It's super expensive! My little 3 oz bottle cost $10.
If you have a sensitive nose, you probably won't
Hello Family!
This week kicks off the long-awaited product review week (that I was supposed to do last week but life happens). I'll be reviewing hair, makeup, household, and toddler products. Without further ado, let's jump right in it!
Hair review
Over the past several months, I've tried a variety of different products for my hair and Bear's. I'll separate the products into different posts so you don't get confused by all
Today's natural hair product review comes from Tangles Out Today. Originally I purchased this for Bear's hair but as I applied it, I realized it was quite heavy for his Type 3 hair. I used it on my Type 4 hair and well, it was PERFECT! Let's get started with the review:
Consistency:
It’s a spray. Nice and light. There are several oils in this spray, so while it is light,

Disclaimer: I'd received this complimentary sample of Cottonelle Mega Roll Clean Care for an honest review.
I have to admit: Just like everyone in the world, I'm pretty protective of my butt.
You sit on it. It helps your legs to move. You shake it to a funky beat.
Most of all, you tend to take care of it with the right kind of toilet paper.
Now, I know some of
This week, I'm reviewing CozyPhones. I was contacted by them to review their kids' headphones line and I was anxious to do so!
A little bit about CozyPhones from the owner, Paul:
We're a small family-owned business. We started off by selling our sleeping headphones on Amazon, then developed our own brand of fun, comfortable, kids headband headphones and named them CozyPhones™.
We're a veteran owned, U.S. based business. We appreciate each and
Too Faced is a new to me brand I just discovered this year by accident. I was in the mood to spend some money on makeup and voila, entered Too Faced. I've heard a lot of great things about the Melted Chocolate brand of theirs so I decided to try a new color.
First things first, let's review:
Consistency:
It goes on relatively easy.
Smell:
It does smell like chocolate!
Taste:
No taste.
Feel:
Very smooth, even after
