Most parents are concerned about emotional and physical development when it comes to their children - when's the right time to talk about the birds and the bees? How to handle menstruation concerns? How to deal with male puberty?
Some parents take it a step further and try to map out their child's financial future - will there be enough money for college? Do we have enough savings? Are they

Baby fever is starting to catch up with me.
A few months ago, I had a pregnancy scare. Hmm...I don't think I actually like calling it a scare. I know I wasn't ready at the time and I was a bit freaked out. Amazing how a few months can really make a difference.
It's not even a feeling of missing being pregnant or seeing all of the cute onesies out

Future Baby Mama
For those wondering, Future Baby Mama is the title of a Prince song. I love Prince. Have you ever seen him perform in concert? Ah-mazing! You really need to go check him out sometime in this lifetime.
It's Hump Day, Bump Day...let's goooooooooo!
How far along? 38 weeks, according to LMP.
Weight gain/loss? None. No weight gain at all entire pregnancy.
Symptoms: A ton of Braxton-Hicks. A ton. They tend to occur at night
Yep. Still preggo. Just waiting for Yoda bear to choose his birthdate. As I wait, let's check to see how he's doing.

I'm sure I used that title before.
Today I had my cerclage removed. It was an eventful day. Let's count the struggles...
My MFM's office usually calls the day before an appointment to confirm. I didn't get receive a call yesterday but I didn't pay too much attention to it and just thought it was an oversight. Heh. Note to everyone - if a doctor's office usually calls to remind you

Tomorrow is the big day.
The day I get my cerclage removed.
It's cray-cray to think that back in May, I posted about how nervous I was to get the cerclage implanted. Then I posted about how my recovery was going. Now I'm posting on the eve of its removal.
I never thought I would make it this far. Not that I was expecting the same thing that happened to Ethan to
Today, I'm officially nine months pregnant, according to LMP, though Yoda is still measuring ahead. I'll get my cerclage removed next Tuesday and it's pretty much a guessing game on when I'll go into labor. Both doctors are estimating he'll be born within the first week of November but I'm still not certain I'll be pregnant come Halloween. We shall see!

This post is a continuation of some of the baby shower swag Yoda has received. It was quite a bit! Let's check it out:
After doing much research, I couldn't decide which breastfeeding pillow I wanted - the Boppy or MyBrestFriend. I decided to go with the Boppy because a lot of my Mommy friends had it and highly recommended it. Unfortunately, I ended up receiving two Boppy pillows (the

We watched this video last night to mixed reaction. For the record, we didn't have a problem with the video itself or the technique. The issue I had mainly, was seeing the newborn. So tiny! So precious! A widdle baybee!

In a few months, I'm going to have one of those. Eek! I don't know how to handle something so small! The smallest thing

As you may already know, we're having a boy. We nicknamed him Yoda due to the Star Wars theme we're doing for his nursery (which I quickly need to get started on). We have a list of boy names and to be honest, we really don't know which one is the winner. We had a list of names with Ethan (though I was determined to name him Jordan) and
