This kid is stubborn.
So it's been almost two weeks since my cerclage was removed and well, I'm still very much pregnant. It wasn't too bad except for when I suddenly fell sick. I didn't think it was a big deal but apparently my OB did. I saw him today and he checked me. The good news: Yoda is still locked and loaded. The bad news: He's not low enough

Weight gain/loss? None. No weight gain at all entire pregnancy.

My MFM's office usually calls the day before an appointment to confirm. I didn't get receive a call yesterday but I didn't pay too much attention to it and just thought it was an oversight. Heh. Note to everyone - if a doctor's office usually calls to remind you

I've posted about issues I have with my brother and his lifestyle, namely, he likes the title of father but not the role. I've mentioned how I hate the idea he takes advantage of my retired, health-stricken parents because my brother hates the idea of any responsbility. I guess that's why he doesn't have nice things.

So we pretty much have everything we need for Yoda's arrival. Well, everything but the tub. Finding a good tub is hard. We want a tub that's good quality and can last for at least a couple of years, well into toddlerdom. Though, we did receive this gem at the baby shower:

Today is my birthday. Two years ago, I was pregnant on my birthday and actually announced it the same day. It was easier to have people tell me Happy Birthday and wish me congratulations at the same time. Though I did announce to my Facebook friends and family a few weeks ago I was expecting and debuted a few of our maternity photos, I've been pretty quiet on Facebook.
