Over the weekend, we went to the Special Olympics here in L.A. I've never been to any Olympic-type of event so this was pretty rad. All of the events were free and were held in different places in L.A, namely USC, the Convention Center, and UCLA. Since we were closer to the Convention Center, we went there.

Baby fever is starting to catch up with me.
A few months ago, I had a pregnancy scare. Hmm...I don't think I actually like calling it a scare. I know I wasn't ready at the time and I was a bit freaked out. Amazing how a few months can really make a difference.

To Leash or To Not Leash? That is the question.
I'll admit it - BC (Before Children), I was vehemently against putting kids on a leash. I couldn't understand why parents felt the need to do that. Are they really horrible parents that can't control their kids? Are their kids that uncontrollable? Why would you treat your child even less than an animal?
Now having Bear..I totally get it.

Raising a bilingual child is well...a lot harder than it should be.
