This past couple of weeks (I know I've been slacking on updating my Bento ideas), I did something a little different for Bae's lunches. I made him a sandwich (which won't be pictured) but his bento had plenty of snacks. Let's check out what I came up with!

The goal
Here the meals I prepped for Bae for his Bento boxes this past week. There are only four pictures because he accidentally left his Bento at work.
I made honey-soy baked salmon with roasted potatoes and squash.
The salad was leftover chicken Caesar from Panera (and it's hella good!). I also made a ham and cheese sandwich. The dark chocolate and nuts are from Trader Joe's.
The hummus and pretzels actually came
So, I picked up the Bentgo Kids lunch box from Amazon other day. I wanted to pack Bear's lunch in a place where he could easily snack all day when he's at school and is relatively easy for us to clean. I also didn't want a bunch of plastic bags all over the place (really trying to conserve waste).
