Okay, so I wash my hair pretty often, say about 2-3 times a week. I wash Bear’s hair just as much. Needless to say, we go through a lot of shampoo and conditioner.
While I have my splurge faves, I also want to share some really amazing cheap finds! Now for sake of what is actually considered to be cheap, we’re going to go with products that are less than $15 per bottle. Are you ready? Let’s go!
Aussie Family Curls
The Aussie products are wide-ranging so I’m only going to talk about the Curls products they have. I personally thought this was great for Bear’s hair, though the conditioner could’ve used a bit more slip. For $6 a bottle, it really isn’t a bad deal! Recommend.
Garnier Fructis Curly Shampoo and Conditioner.
I like the Garnier Fructis brand. I can honestly say if you’re in a pinch and need something cheap, this is a good substitute. The conditioner does have a lot of slip, but that also means it’ll run out quickly, so be prepared to buy another conditioner while you still have a good amount of shampoo left. Other than that, I recommend!
L’Oreal Paris Elvive Smooth Intense Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner
Now this is a personal favorite. I really can’t get over how much Bear’s hair bounces and is on point with this. The conditioner has a ton of slip and I really can’t say enough great things about this! I highly recommend it!!
TPH by Taraji P. Henson
Yes, actress/singer Taraji P. Henson has her own hair care line out and it’s a rather good one! Out of all of the celebrity hair care lines, this is one of the best. I love this so much! The co-wash is my absolute favorite of this. It has a lot of slip and it does last a long time. And your hair is so freaking soft afterwards! Ugh, can’t get enough of it!
Those are my cheap recommendations! What cheap shampoo and conditioner do you use?
