I discovered her workouts via Twitter and I have to say, I’m a new fan! She has quick workouts, but trust, they aren’t easy! You’ll get into shape in no time! She has a variety of workouts that’ll target your booty, arms, and core!

I know she has an equal amount of lovers and haters in the fitness world, but she’s all right with me! I don’t really follow her for nutrition advice and I strongly encourage you to talk to your doctor or a licensed nutritionist for diet tips.
