Okay, so let me start off by saying I personally didn’t try this. Not that I didn’t want to, but I literally just had Panera and was rather full. However, the hubby was starving and well, we didn’t have dinner made at home (that would be my fault).
So, a hungry hubby + not a lot of time = I need to think pretty quickly. Off to Google, I go.
I recently bought portobello mushrooms to use for mushroom burgers. Again, time was of the essence and who knew how long those were going to take. So I decided to do something different.
My friend, Dana, recently posted a pic of a portobello mushroom topped with guacamole. Okay, I have avocados. I think I have something going on here.
