Some time ago, I was fortunate enough to go to a Lather store via being a member of a Yelp Elite squad (I highly recommend you apply to become one. It’s FREE, and there are some fantastic events!).

If you have never heard of Lather, let me peep you up on game. Lather is a high-end luxury skincare and body care line that you’ll see mostly in hotels. Sometimes, you might see a celebrity or two hyping them up.

Trust, I had no idea who Lather was before this, but then as I looked around the store (and they even had advertisements of when they were in tabloid mags such as Us, and Life & Style, my memory was jogged).

After getting a facial, I could shop around the store for products. They specialize in skin and body care, there was no shortage of things to choose from.

I ultimately decided on the almond, milk, and honey body butter.

It was a while before I used it because I was finishing up a jar of Vaseline (which, I’ll do another post on that and why I prefer that over any lotion). But let’s get into this:

First, it smells heavenly. It’s light, but not too overpowering. Since giving birth to Bear about 9(!) years ago, I’ve been unfortunately blessed with having a sensitive nose. While I still wear perfume, I don’t wear a whole lot of it and definitely not anything super strong.

This body butter is perfect for the sensitive nose girlies. You can wear this and still breathe!

Second, it gives your body great coverage. It glides on smooth, and you don’t have to use it a whole lot. I started using it daily about two weeks ago and I still have a ton left. This will probably last me another month.

Third, it’s thiccc. It’s not thin or watery. They put they whole foot in this. Like I said, you don’t have to use a whole lot with this product and I can see why it has rave reviews.

All in all, I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. I don’t think it’s something I would purchase again, because while it did give great coverage, I didn’t feel my skin was as moisturized as it could’ve been and I get super dry skin. But for the price ($30), it does last a long time so that’s definitely a benefit of this.

If you tried Lather, what did you think about it?
