I know I normally post vegan recipes on Wednesdays but I’ll include a long-favorite recipe I’m making tonight at the end of this post.
Lately, my hubby has come down with something that has made him sick. It seems everyone at his work is sick and well, it was his lucky turn to get it. Funnnn.
So, I went to Trader Joe’s to pick him up some of their yummy chicken soup. Yeah, except it was all sold-out. Now that wasn’t fun.
I made the trek (literally – I took the train and walked a bit) so I wasn’t going to go home empty-handed. I decided I’ll try to make chicken noodle soup on my own.
Now, for whatever reason Trader Joe’s (or that one in particular) didn’t sell egg noodles and I had no desire to go to another story to get some. I figured I’ll do without.
