I posted about this recipe before but I decided to amend it a little – I used coconut oil instead of butter!
While the dough was a bit crumbly to put into the cookie scoop, the recipe still came out amazing! I also used cinnamon and nutmeg to give it an extra flavor. I would also add nuts (walnuts work great) but I ran out this time.
The recipe makes about 30-34 cookies, just short of 3 dozen. They’re so good, tho! You’ll quickly go through them!
