Our Thanksgiving Vegas Adventures

We did something different this year for Thanksgiving; we went to Vegas! Maks got me a Mariah Carey floor ticket for my 40th birthday. We originally planned to leave Los Angeles around 11 AM, but heavy congestion (along with a 10-car pileup) on the I-15 prevented us from leaving. So, we left later that night and well, that was a disaster, too! It snowed on our way to Vegas.

Thanksgiving Adventures

We celebrated Thanksgiving in my hometown of Palm Springs with my family.  We were only there for 24 hours (if that), but we had a lot of fun. Way too much food and my parents were anxious to get rid all of it because they were going to see Charlie Wilson at Stateline (gotta love the old folks who have their own lives. #goals). Back from the Brink!

I didn't quite leave but with the holidays approaching, I decided now would be a good time to take a break before it really gets crunk in here. I hope all of you are doing wonderful and great!
