By now, if you're a Halloween veteran (and most of you should be!), you already know the do's and don'ts of Halloween. However, if you're new to the Halloween game and you're going out this year, here are some tips to make your Halloween safe as possible.

I know I'm like almost a week late giving an update on this but we went to my hometown of Palm Springs to celebrate Halloween. That wasn't the only reason.
