It's taken me a long time to come to this conclusion but I have to call trash when I see it.
This past week, I made a trip to Palm Springs to help out my parents as my mother recovered from a Covid-19 symptom procedure. While I was in Palm Springs, my brother and his youngest son came over. Long story short, my brother wanted me to watch his
It was our dating anniversary on July 25th. This is not to be confused with our wedding anniversary on March 25th. Yeah, crazy about the dates, but it makes sense to us.
13 years is a very long time to be with someone. I honestly feel anything after 5 years is a commitment and anything after 10 is an investment. I'm lucky we have a lot of couple friends
I know, crazy?
After 18 months of uncertainty, it's pretty certain that most of our kids will be back to school this fall. That also means, it's time to get ready!
I'll break this post down by clothing, shoes, and materials to get you and your little one ready for back-to-school!

Bear goes to a school that requires uniforms and just about every place has great deals on
Yes, that's right! I finally created my own journal and coloring books for you to use!
This is a passion project of mine so I truly hope you support!
When I was going through a lot of stress last year, I found a lot of comfort in coloring books. I hope my coloring book will give you as much joy and comfort as it did for me. :)

So, I have a confession of sorts:
I'm a huge Michael Jordan fan. I love him and plan to my name my future unborn kid (boy or girl) after him. Yet, I've never seen the original Space Jam. Like ever.

I live in an ethnic neighborhood - mostly Black and Latino. While Pasadena's Covid rates haven't been spectacularly high, because we are in L.A. County, we were grouped along with everyone else. It sucked because what would be going
So, yeah, 11 years ago...we did a thing.
It's so crazy looking back and seeing I've been married for 11 years. While our big 10-year anniversary was more or less a dud to due to coronavirus, this year has been significantly better. There's still a lot we really can't do, but the optimism in the air is much stronger than it was last year around this time.
I'm glad I
The original Queen Diva herself, Sushi, just turned 10. She's my longest cat I've had to date, and just a joy.
She was a rescue cat from our local animal shelter. She's helped us in so many ways and we're ever-so thankful for her.
I'll do another post on how to maintain a clean and cat-smell-free home, but for now, I just want to celebrate our girl!
