It's been a long, hot minute since I've done makeup posts and since I've acquired some new makeup, I'm going to spend this week talking about my new makeup! Are you ready? Let's goooooo!
Just as a warning, I might be posting the same photos since I'm wearing two new makeup purchases on my face, namely my blush and foundation. The focus of these photos are my lips. Muah!
Let's start

It's been a minute since I've done a beauty review so bare with me here. I recently tried this product (I found it at CVS) and was curious about it.
Even though I'm well-aged and delicious like a fine wine, I still get acne. I have a naturally oily face so breakouts are rather common.
Let's look at the back of the packaging to take a hard look at the ingredients:

Boy, that was a wordy title.
So, I love Ulta. It's actually one of my favorite stores. And because it's one of my favorite stores, I really can't shop there very much. It's one of those stores where it's like Target in a sense; you go in there for just one thing and you come back with a cart full of crap you probably don't need but you really want?

I received my latest Shea Moisture box. For those who are new to the blog, I'm a 2018 Shea Moisture Brand Ambassador so I'll be reviewing a lot of Shea Moisture products.
I received the Mommy box a while back and I had to figure out if this was a box worth blogging about. Don't get me wrong; I generally love Shea Moisture and I can say for certainty and
I love Fenty Beauty. I can't stop singing its many praises since its release and given I'm a diehard Rihanna stan, I have more reasons to love it. When I heard Rihanna was coming out with a body line under the Fenty brand, I was like, 'Bitch, please take all of my money.'
ALL OF IT.
As an awesome anniversary gift, my husband gifted me the entire 'Beach, Please!' collection, valued
I have to admit from the jump, I wasn't sure if any K-beauty products would work for my skin. I'm older (38, I ain't ashamed), still get acnes and blackheads (like wth??), and my skin is either crazy oily or crazy dry. It's like it can't decide what it wants to do and it often feels me like:
Finding a great makeup remover has been quite the challenge, especially when
Today, I'm doing an entire product review of the entire contents of the Shea Moisture box I received from them. I'll speak from a mom's perspective but also from my personal one since I also used the same products on me!
Disclaimer: I am a Shea Moisture Ambassador, so I'm giving honest reviews of this box, regardless of how awesome they are (or how much they suck. I keeps it
It's no secret for my love of Shea Moisture on this site. I've been reviewing their products for years now and I've even scolded them when they made a boo-boo. So, I'm super, SUPER jazzed that Bear and I are a part of the 2018 Shea Moisture Ambassador class!
Pretty much like that.
Here's our unboxing video. Please excuse the mess of our home. We're still in the process of unpacking
I'm always on the hunt for the perfect primer. While I have an old faithful that I truly adore and love, I always want to venture out and try new ones.
Enter e.l.f.'s Poreless Face Primer!
I was intrigued by this because I love the e.l.f. brand and the fact this primer is only $10 USD made me a huge fan. Let's face it, when you have cheap makeup that looks
I know I'm hella late on reviewing Fenty Beauty. I know this. But better late than ugly, right? My makeup bag says so:
You can purchase that bag here.
I'm sure you have heard all of the rave (and not-so great) reviews of Fenty Beauty by Rihanna. Boasting of 40 shades, it has been revolutionary in the world of makeup and literally something for every skin shade.
Naturally, I had to try
