So, I started buying a lot of frozen pizza lately. No reason other than I work at home a lot more now and sometimes I don’t have the want to go out and get something to eat. I’m also being rather money-conscious of how much I do spend on eating out so I want to be careful about that.
I’ve been getting more into frozen pizzas. For the record, nothing beats your favorite mom and pop pizzerias or even homemade pizzas we’ve made. I wanted something different for lunch and honestly, dinner.
Enter frozen pizzas.
We used to eat a lot of frozen pizzas and we’ve stopped once we found a great pizzeria by our home and started making our own. But I also wanted to do something different for a change other than having salads, sandwiches, and frozen dinners for lunch.
So, first up – DiGiorno’s Cripsy Pan pepperoni pizza.
I haven’t had DiGiorno in forever! I think I was still single when I last had it. Seriously, it’s been that long. I tried it again for the first time and I can honestly say it was pretty decent.
First all, I don’t buy their rather-famous tagline – it’s not delivery, it’s DiGiorno. You definitely know you’re eating frozen pizza. However, I will give them credit where credit is due – for frozen pizza, it is pretty good!
It’s pretty big. Even when I cut the slices, there was still plenty for Maks and Bear to enjoy. So, for a small family, I recommend just one pizza. For a big family, you would probably need at least two or three.
The pepperoni was crisp and the cheese melted perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised!
So, all in all, I do recommend DiGiono’s Crispy Pan pizza. You won’t be disappointed!
