It's been a crazy 13 years. A lot of ups and downs, but it's been a solid ride overall. The one thing I can take from marriage is there must be a lot of communication and compromise. Happy Anniversary to Us!

Nine years ago, we decided to forgo all of the fancy wedding planning and just get hitched at the Beverly Hills Courthouse. The original intent was to get married at San Francisco City Hall and then have a celebration for everyone. While I'm still salty I didn't pursue that original idea, I do hope to have something planned for our 10th wedding anniversary next year. Maybe not a vow renewal,

It's weird looking back at our wedding eight years ago. Originally I wanted to get married in San Francisco at City Hall. I'm still kicking myself that I didn't stick to that plan.
