So a few weeks ago I made sweet n' sour chicken. Here are my results:
I used chicken tenders and dipped them in cornstarch and egg. I fried them in coconut oil.
I'm not endorsing any particular coconut oil (I think they're all more or less the same).
Then I combined soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and ketchup for the sauce. For those wondering, this is the part where the Russian of

Hi, I'm Crystal! Mother of 1 human, 3 cats, and a glorified housewife to a fantastic man. Let's have fun and enjoy life together!
As I journey more into my natural hair care and lifestyle, I'm becoming more of a product junkie. I try to be as feasible as I can with it - I don't go out and spend a ton of money just to have the product sit on my shelf for months. I also don't continue to use a product if I don't like it and just chalk it up
So technically, this was actually our first Dodgers game with Bear. We've gone to many as we live not that far from Dodgers stadium. I just did the big chop so that's why my hair is super short (I love the length of my hair now but man, having the big chop was sooooo convenient for a while! Wash and goooooo!)

But Bear really wasn't feeling

It gets better but it's still pretty shitty.
For those new to the blog, I'll share this with you: over four years ago, I lost my firstborn, Ethan, due to incompetent/insufficient cervix. That means, my cervix shortened before term and since Ethan was just a few days short of viability, he couldn't be saved. He lived two hours and peacefully died in my arms with my husband nearby. That
Let me start this review by stating something that may not be important to you, but it is to me. I have a milk chocolate skin tone. That means I either match or am close to a Hershey bar (I use to match it but now I'm a tad bit lighter than it). I also have gold undertones. That being said, sometimes makeup and/or hairstyles that would look amazing
I actually remember this day. Not sure why I was wearing a wig because apparently it was hot enough for Bear to be shirtless. Maybe I was just too lazy to mess with my hair (it happens.) We had fun, tho...
You know, people used to tell me how fast it all goes. You're snuggling them one day and you're sending them off to school the next. I never knew exactly
This is a special review because I'm not reviewing a typical product one would use on children's hair. I'm in the experimental phase with Bear's hair, however, and as long as he's still little, I'm going to test drive what works on his hair and what doesn't.
(I purchased this from CurlMart so even though the above link is Amazon, you might find a better deal at CurlMart.)
Anyway, let's get

Have a child, they said.
It'll be a beautiful experience, they said.
Oh, you'll get some opposition from family members about you teaching your child another language...
Wait, what?
I'm not a native Russian speaker. In fact, I know very little Russian though my vocabulary is growing by the week. Before I was pregnant, Maks and I decided to have our children would be bilingual. I would teach them English while he'll
I'm not a fan of Shea Moisture. Nothing against them but I never had any of their products move me. I believe that something might be great for one but doesn't do anything for another.
It's amazing how one product will change all of that.
I've been looking for a new shampoo since my hair is quickly growing and I need something more for it. While the L'Oreal EverCurl worked great
