Now, I’m not a heavy drinker. I’m actually known for my super light tolerance. I usually have one beer and that’s it. Or one glass of wine and that’s it. Or maybe a shot or two of vodka and that’s it. You see where I’m going with this?
I used to drink socially when I was in college and in my 20’s. I’m sure most people did as well. But when you get older, the need for getting wasted is overplayed. Sometimes, you want a nice little buzz or sometimes, you just want to chill.
Enter Buzzballz.
I’ve heard a lot about the women-owned brand before and a few of my Mom friends were fans of them. They weren’t too expensive (only $3.99 here) and I figured what’s the harm in trying one, right? I didn’t have a damn thing to do that night but write and drink. Might as well get a little toasty.
So, I picked up the Pineapple Pina Colada chiller. I figured I would start off with something nice and light; make me feel all sorts of warm and fuzzy on a cold fall night. I made sure I didn’t have to drive (don’t drink and drive, kids!) and just had nothing but time and a full stomach on the agenda.
Did I mention you need to have a full stomach?
So, I decided to try just one. I figured if I didn’t like it, I would only waste $4 and some change. If I did love it, however, I would be a new fan.

Now 15% alcohol may not seem like a lot, but for this size? It’s a gahdamn lot.

So, what’s the what?
Review:
It’s skrong, y’all. So strong, you won’t even pronounce the word correctly so it’s skrong. You drink the whole thing (you’ll be sipping this for sure!), and you’ll definitely be buzzed by the end of the glass. You know what? I’ll top you one – you’ll be drunker than a motherf*cker.
I’m hesitant to call this a woman’s beverage despite being created by a woman and possibly for women in mind. I think this is something everyone can enjoy, regardless of how you identify yourself.
Now that we know all the players and rules and how the game is played, what’s the score?
PROS:
It’s very affordable.
It’s skrong, y’all.
You probably won’t need to drink more than one for the night, unless you really want to get f*cked up.
CONS:
If you buy a few, it might get expensive. You’re better off with getting the Biggies.
It’s not readily available everywhere.
The alcohol content might be too skrong.
The Score:
I do recommend this with caution. Again, I’m a lightweight so it was a lot for me and trust when I say, I was done for the night. This is not something you drink to get the party started but rather something you drink when you had a long day and you really want to forget about life for a while. I give it a solid 4.5/5 stars.
