Another chicken recipe…how 'bout dat?

It’s rare I post two recipes in one week here but yo…this one was pretty damn good.

I made mayonnaise chicken and it was super juicy and good. I’m not really a mayonnaise person but this mixed with the parmesan cheese and other spices came out very good! Very good!

Now, those little things next to the chicken are not tater tots, but rather, these. Yeah, I didn’t know cauliflower came in tater-tot like bites, but they’re hella good. They are a bit salty and they’re not as crispy as tater tots, but still great!
I can’t say for sure how much this dinner came in calorie-wise but just give it a splurge!
