Russian Soul Monday: Beef Stroganoff

So, I’m not sure if this is considered a Russian Soul recipe (it more than likely doesn’t, but humor me here), but last night was the first time I made beef stroganoff without the use of Hamburger Helper.
I’m actually a little ashamed of how much I depended on Hamburger Helper for this recipe (nothing against them; if I I need a quick meal, they are the go-to source). However, I did find a recipe I could make in the same amount of time as using Hamburger Helper. Yeah, score one!
So here it is. And here are the results:
