There’s something so sweet and pure about the nude lippy. It really does soften your entire face and people tend to approach you more like you’re harmless.
I discovered Bite Beauty when I was test-driving new lippy colors via the Sephora virtual makeup app. I was looking for a new lip color, any particular one, and when I couldn’t find a good one in the app, I just went to the Sephora store in person.
The one I chose was Glace. It was one of those colors that looked amazing in the store with all of the Sephora lights and dancing music but I wasn’t sure about how it would look when I got home. Maks suggested I wear it during the day (I bought the color late afternoon) and if I didn’t like it, to return it.
It’s a good thing I liked it!
The review:
It goes very smooth and there’s no smell. It’s a thin lipstick (not to be confused with lip pencil) and while you can’t easily carry it in your pocket, you can store it in your clutch or purse. It does blend in with your purse (it comes in a dark color) so buyer beware.
Now, Bite Cosmetics are not cheap. This one set me back around $24 so you need to look at this as an investment and get as much use out of it as possible. I have to say, after putting it on during the daytime (it really is a day color), I felt more like this:
The Look:
(You have to excuse the first pic – Maks was distracting me as I was trying to selfie.)
So, I do recommend Bite’s Glace for your nude lippy. To see my past nude lippy reviews, click here.
