By now, if you're a Halloween veteran (and most of you should be!), you already know the do's and don'ts of Halloween. However, if you're new to the Halloween game and you're going out this year, here are some tips to make your Halloween safe as possible. Now, this only applies to those who go trick-or-treating, but I will add some tips for those who are staying at home!
