Family Trip to LAFC!

I recently scored tickets to LAFC as a Yelp Elite Perk. While we were there, a Verizon rep upgraded our tickets and we were able to get on-field access (I knowwwwwww…..crazy, right?)

After an experience of a lifetime and being this close to the players (we weren’t allowed to interact with them but that was fine by us), here are are some amazing photos from our weekend!

The black and white photos are courtesy of hubby, @caliwinter.

It was rather cold in the stadium. Fleece blanket, $30.

When we were allowed on-field access before and after the game, we enjoyed the seats. Bear, particularly, loved the popcorn.

How one can tell they have a small boy? LOL
After the game, we were allowed to do penalty kicks! Bear made his on the first shot!
A winning smile after making his goal!
And of course, the obligatory couple selfie pic. 🙂

I just love the excitement and energy a LAFC game brings! If you’re in the L.A. area, I highly recommend going to one!

A shout-out to Yelp Elite Perks and Verizon for their awesome customer service.

Shea Moisture Curly Hair Demo!

Hey Fam,

I know it’s been about a minute since Bear and I have done one of these videos but hey, this was super fun to do! In this video, we used the vast majority of Shea Moisture products (as we are Shea Moisture brand ambassadors 2018).

We used the Coconut & Hibiscus Detangler, and the Coconut & Hibiscus Curling Cream. I washed Bear’s hair with the Fragrance-Free Shampoo & Body Wash and used Curly Kids (Not Shea Moisture) for a deep conditioning.

I like doing this videos not only to show how to care for your child’s curly hair but also if you have curly hair, it might help!

So, check out the video! Let me know what you think!

Thanksgiving Adventures

We celebrated Thanksgiving in my hometown of Palm Springs with my family.  We were only there for 24 hours (if that), but we had a lot of fun. Way too much food and my parents were anxious to get rid all of it because they were going to see Charlie Wilson at Stateline (gotta love the old folks who have their own lives. #goals).

Enough babbling…here are the pics (no food pics to show, tho).

Bear and my mom. He really loves his Mo.

Maks and I had to deliver food to my brother, who was working on Thanksgiving, so my mom watched Bear while we were out. She wore him out! Grandmothers are awesome just for that purpose.

Obligatory couple post.

Bear was trying to take pics of the planes flying over my parents’ home. They live close to the airport. Photo cred: Hubby.

Maks took this shot of Bear when we were in downtown P.S. It was rather crowded the day after Thanksgiving!

I’m back to the normal posting schedule this week. I apologize again for lack of posts. This month was surprisingly busy! I hope you all are doing fabulous and great! xoxoxo

Father and Son

I took these pictures of Bae and Baby Bae over a week ago. I’m not a professional photographer by any means, but hey, I’m rather impressed by how they turned out!

Holding onto Daddy after a fall.
Feeling a tad bit better.
Up we go!
A bit higher!
And down we go!

I really love capturing moments like this. I used my hubby’s camera, a Fuji, if anyone’s wondering. Shout-out to the hubs, for the awesome editing he put into the pics!

#FlashbackFriday: The Blussians

It occurred to me that I feature Bear and I a lot but not really the reason why we’re the Blussians. Heh.

I think I need to start featuring my hubby more before people make assumptions, LOL.

Here’s an old photo of us. Gosh, looking at how beat my face was, I really wish I did a video so I could remember what I did!
