I have a stink problem.
No matter what type of detergent I use, how I use it, or how many times I wash something, there's always a funk of stink that remains. It's tough when you have an active child AND an active husband AS WELL as being active myself!
But no, we're not going to be known as the STANK family.
After trying numerous of other dtergents and

Lately, I have been diffusing a lot of cinnamon oil. No other reason besides I like the way it smells. My favorite combo is vanilla, cinnamon, and orange and put in in my diffuser. I just love the smell of fall, even though I really don’t get a fall here in overly-hot Pasadena.
I don’t know…I like to create my own fall – the browns, the oranges, the cozy sweaters.
So, we have 3 cats - Sushi, Smokee, and Buddy. And we live in a 600 sq. ft. duplex. Yes, a tiny space for 3 humans and 3 cats. We have a front yard and a backyard, with a nice little side yard. Nevertheless, we have 3 cats in a very small space.
Yet, it doesn't even smell like we even have one cat!

As with most of everyone, I've spent a lot more time cleaning this year. Disinfecting everything, cleaning things sometimes twice in a day, and making sure I stay sane through it all.
Today, I want to share some of the products I've used to clean. I'll give you a hint - it's not Lysol. In fact, I've made my own Lysol before.
Now, these products are readily available and
Now, it's not good to mix different brands and different types of cleaning solutions. For one, you never know how it's going to turn out. It might be harmless or you might blow up something. You also might die.
Secondly, it's better to just have one product to clean your home, if possible. My go-to has always been Pine-Sol, but good luck trying to get some in this pandemic.
We put Bear back into swimming this year because he needed to do something other than being at home all day and binging out on Roblox. For the life of me, I still have no idea what the hell Roblox is but I digress.
About a week ago, Bear started swimming and well, for the sake of puns I love so much, everything was going swimmingly. *ba dum tss!*

I've always burned sage. I was introduced to it many years ago by a woman at my job. She was a bit eccentric but she was a sweet woman. Very spiritual.
Since then, I've always burned it to cleanse my home from wicked and evil spirits. I don't know if it's working but I can't say it's not. I will say, however, I haven't had anyone I don't want
So, I know Lysol has been pretty much sold out everywhere. If you got some, consider yourself blessed. But some of us who really need the Lysol (those with kids and pets) have to make do in other ways.
Enter 'Smells Like the Devil' Disinfectant.
Now I call it that because honestly, it does smell like the Devil's Butthole in the Armpit of Kentucky. Now I've never been to
So, in my homesteading adventures, I've grown a whole-ass lavender and rosemary bush. And for the past couple of years, I've struggled to come up with things to do with that bush. Drying it out and hanging it up as a decoration (something I've planned to do but never did) was an option but I wanted more.
Then, my brilliant husband suggested - 'Why don't you come up with
