Lately, I have been diffusing a lot of cinnamon oil. No other reason besides I like the way it smells. My favorite combo is vanilla, cinnamon, and orange and put in in my diffuser. I just love the smell of fall, even though I really don’t get a fall here in overly-hot Pasadena.
I don’t know…I like to create my own fall – the browns, the oranges, the cozy sweaters. The ‘It’s Fall, Y’all!’ cups and décor. All of the Pumpkin Spice Lattes my inner Valley Girl can handle. I mean, what’s there not to love about fall?
And what I equally love is the smell of cinnamon. There is something just so warm and cozy about it, you know? I’m reminded of warm nights, hot cocoa, and settling in with a good book or an addictive streaming show.
Cinnamon brings out the cozy out of anyone. I mean, come on…don’t you want to just stay home with some hot tea and think of pre-Covid life? I know cinnamon isn’t everyone’s favorite scent, but I think after this post you might want to try it for yourself.
I spoke about my love of having a cinnamon broom and how you need to get one like yesterday. Well, here’s another reason why you need to have some cinnamon in your life – get a diffuser and cinnamon oil and GET YOUR EVERLASTING LIFE, SIS.
So, what are the benefits of cinnamon oil? Let’s go!

- Helps with mental health. Smelling cinnamon will make you feel better and relieves depression. Honestly, I like the smell of cinnamon so I burn it a lot, but I also noticed I’m a lot more relaxed and happier overall.
