Natural Hair Care Review: Shea Moisture

I’m not a fan of Shea Moisture. Nothing against them but I never had any of their products move me. I believe that something might be great for one but doesn’t do anything for another.

It’s amazing how one product will change all of that.

I’ve been looking for a new shampoo since my hair is quickly growing and I need something more for it. While the L’Oreal EverCurl worked great in the beginning and it does wonders for Bear’s hair, it’s no longer a suitable choice for me.

Enter Shea Moisture.

I had a sample of the Jamaican Black Castor Oil shampoo and leave-in conditioner. I decided to try those on wash day. Let me tell you, it worked wonders on my hair! The shampoo thoroughly cleansed my hair. The leave-in had great slip and I was able to detangle pretty easily. I’m 4a/4b for those who wonder.

So if you’re interested in purchasing, just click on the picture above! 🙂 It’s also available at CVS, Target, Sally’s, and other stores.

Okay, so I need to correct my earlier statement: now I’m a fan of Shea Moisture. 🙂

I’m also not wearing any makeup. It was nice being fresh-faced in a selfie for once.
