I have expensive taste. My friends know that. My family knows that. My husband knew that before our first date. I’m not ridiculous with my taste. For example, I probably won’t spend more than $300 on a pair of shoes, despite how much I want to own a pair of Louboutins. Actually, let me correct that – I probably won’t spend more than $100 on a pair of shoes and when I do buy those shoes, I will wear the hell out of them.
So why is this post about my expensive taste? Well, because of the following exhibits. Let me present to you, Exhibit A:
This is a Rebecca Minkoff diaper bag. It currently retails for about $400. Oh wait, let’s bring out Exhibit B:
This is a Marc Jacobs diaper bag. It currently retails for $298. Of course, if I want the Granddaddy of them all, here’s Exhibit C:
This is a Gucci diaper bag. It currently retails for $990.
As much I would love the Rebecca or the Marc Jacobs, and you all know I would rock the hell out of the Gucci, realistically I’ll probably go for Exhibit D:
This is the Out N’ About from Carter’s. It’s about $60. I think that’s more reasonable and not ridiculous.
So you know if I’m being frugal with my diaper bag, I will splurge on the stroller. I will kindly take suggestions. I’m new to this.
